Long time no frequent update you said?
Apparently, we haven’t disappeared!

We're still here giving our all, grinding, and going by the tooth on our vision. We know it, we own it.

With blockchain technology, Relsify fractionalizes high-quality, high-yield properties in Africa such that with $50 or less it can be invested in globally for profit, or sold back to $50 + ROI + appreciation, anytime.

The once elites' meal can now become the meal available to the common man.

But where's the delay?

The case isn't that we don't have an expert compliance team or capital market advisors. It's that everything about regulation in our target market is as slow as whatever you want to describe it.

And getting to move faster than that process can be tantamount to shooting ourselves in the foot, subjecting your money & that of investors to high risk, or in extreme case, being used as a public example of 'scammish' non-SEC licenced investment platform. Apparently, that's not what we want.

Already, within the last month, a popular Journalist had made an investment startup an example. Having their 'good name' subjected to all forms of backlash & mistreatment for operating without a license. NO, that can't be Relsify!

So what choices have we made?
To be patient. Very very patient. Difficult, but necessary after circumspectly analyzing situations.

We can easily change our model or our initial vision and just go about doing fractional ownership the traditional way like we see others now trying to do by simply digitizing the process and having a private ledger. However, that's not our vision. Not at all. It limits our ideas, our potentials, and our bigger picture.

Transparency, security, speed, cost effectiveness, diversity, expansion capacity, and future possibilities that Blockchain brings to fractional ownership coupled with core industry products and trends is key to us.

Assuredly, we know that the race is not to the swift, but to the strong. And if we'll keep strong despite hassles, then we'll prevail eventually.

In the run up to this update, the last we made was April 1, after Q1 ended.

We updated you on our minimum viable product, developers partnered with, $RELS, and gave a sneak peek into our app features. We then proceeded to highlight our next point of actions.

THERE'S PROGRESS

In the last 3 months, we have gone multiple steps ahead, working EVERY SINGLE DAY.

10am WAT has always been a mandate. In fact, as this is being written, it's almost 10am again. Deliberations, arguments, perspectives, opinions, backlash, and everything that comes with such a creative movement & idea as big as Relsify.

After entering into Alpha-Beta test of our platform in April, we went through a long rigorous approval process on Playstore & iOS and eventually scaled through.

That brings us to a stage where we have tested the technology backing our fractional idea, and it comes right and clear.

While we still patiently await finalization of regulation processes, the train has to move. What we look to assert now is our model, our business part of things.

PRIVATE-BETA

In the coming weeks, we will open up the opportunity for interested community members to partake in a PRIVATE model test.

10-50 community members, including our team's family and friends will pull funds together and opt into one or some of our partner real estate developer's projects, and pull profit from the investment over a specific period of time.

This will help us validate and assert beyond any form of doubt the fact that people all across the world can own fractional shares of any property in Africa with a specific amount and earn 10-25% ROI one-time or repeatedly.

The technology we have built already being the tool to automate/scale the system and business model globally.

SONSOFHEPHAESTUS

Did you ask yourself what this is?

Those who build, and believe alongside us the no-retreat mentality, deserve to be idolized and known.

SonsOfHephaestus is Relsify's NFT. Coined as the 7 offspring of Hephaestus with an undisclosed (for now) fictional incarnate each, it represents the structural prowess, governance strength, exclusivity, & reward rights within the Relsify community.

It takes the strong to believe the strong. And when the strong believes the strong, the strong ought to be properly recognized, idolized, and rewarded!

SonsOfHephaestus is therefore an identity for our tier-1 community members. Those who have stayed with us through the hassle, and believed in us non-stop.

WHAT ELSE?

Like it is often said, what is worth doing is worth doing well. However, what is worth doing well often doesn't get to fix itself. Funds fixes it.

In the past weeks, we have worked assiduously to make sure we approach as many big idealists, visioners & investors as possible. Tweaking our documentations & pitch-decks to perfection, and attending meetings upon meetings.

Consequently, the plan to open a pre-seed round for our project that would cover a 12-months runway to accelerate existing and fresh dimensions of our product(s) is on. Whatever comes out of this, you'll be informed.

CONCLUSION

As you may now think, the case is not that we are Dilly Dallying, weak or incapable. No. We are actually expeditious in our approach. But in life, there is what is called a circle of influence and what is called a circle of concern.

What we can focus on will have to be what we can influence, and we leave what is a concern to sort itself until it comes towards our circle of influence or control!
