Thank you. My name is Olatoye, the Operations Manager for Relsify. I have 4+ substantial years of experience within the blockchain space, having worked with several top projects across several units such as project management, technical writing, smart contract dev, content creation, community management, and operations support.

In a nutshell, Relsify is a blockchain-based real-estate platform where anyone can invest and own fractional shares of a property with as little as $1.

What you are building is truly amazing. How would Relsify guide against inconsistency and fraudulent practices on the part of asset owners. Say for example, an asset owner registers a property on your platform with fake documents and details. Is there any measure in place to actually verify physically these assets or properties?

The NFT Mag:
For fraudulent practices ; we will forge partnerships (process currently ongoing ) with trusted brands within the real estate industry. Top in our radar are ; a data analysis & gathering and asset verification company.

These companies will help us with quality data as well as asset verification . This will inform our judgement on the type of assets we would be listing on the Relsify platform.
Secondly, we won’t just list any asset, we would also ensure that asset owners already have an existing competence capital within the real estate sector .

A combination of these two factors gives great confidence to the investors.
In addition to the above, we have within our team, over 3 qualified real estate professionals who have substantial experience within the traditional real estate sector .

Are there fees asset owners, investors and even users of your platform need to pay when using Relsify platform? If yes, please let us know

The NFT Mag:
The only fee asset owners or investors need to pay when using the Relsify platform is during transaction .

For example, an investor would pay a little fee (next to nothing😄) to purchase an asset . Also, if an investor intends to sell or part liquidate some shares of the asset, there’s a transaction fee that occurs at that stage. Again, these fees are next to nothing 🤗🤗

Developers looking to onboard their projects might want further project branding. As a well experienced and diverse team, we can help with that in exchange of a fee paid by the developer.

What are your biggest challenges right now on the project and how do you intend to solve them?

The NFT Mag:
Our biggest challenge is centered around community awareness.

Due to the fact that the blockchain space is quite new to so many people, much education and awareness campaigns need to be done. We believe that with the right community, we can easily achieve our financial target to help us properly build the Relsify platform of our dreams.

Finally, let’s talk about your fundraising. How much are you raising in total from all the rounds? What will your initial market cap be at listing? When and where will the Relsify Token be tradable at launch?

The NFT Mag:
We are looking at raising $4.5m from all rounds. Initial market cap will start within a range of $500k-$1m.

Token will be launched upon public launch and we are looking at mid-late Q1. First, we would launch on a Dex (pancakeswap). However, we are not stopping there, our plan is to launch on a big CEX by early Q2 2022

Relsify is positioned to be Africa’s first real estate tokenization platform. What does Relsify focusing now? Does Relsify just focusing in Africa continent only or do you plan to expand to globally? How Relsify will spread awareness to different countries?

Great question. First, Relsify is global. Global in the sense that , you can be in Australia or Peru and have the ability to invest in a property in Kenya via the Relsify platform.

Our flagship countries are Kenya, Nigeria and Ghana(in no particular order). From there , we would expand to list assets in other countries globally.

There are several marketing and community activities lined up to spread awareness about the Relsify platform globally. All these would unfold in due course.

Great question. We have a legal unit within Relsify to ensure that, at all times, we comply with the regulations of each country .
In addition, one of our strategy is to form a partnership with a legal body in each country where we’d be operating to help us navigate issues pertaining to regulations.

Just like I stated above in one of the questions asked about our unique value proposition. Investors and asset owners stand to benefit a lot.

For example, developers get access to a large pool of international investors . This means they can easily fund their projects without necessarily worrying about the bottlenecks associated with financing.

For investors , you mustn’t wait till you have $1000 or $100k before you can own an asset. With Relsify , you can be a property owner with just the little you have .

Also for investors, ability to liquidate the property within the click of a button is really attractive because this isn’t possible in the traditional real estate sector.

COVID 19 has slowed down many economies around the world but as a crypto business, does it affect you negatively or positively? Are you still on track to achieve your goals or are you planning a new development?

We are very much on track to achieve our goal

Non-crypto user is very important for mainstream adoption. How you are planning to attract non-crypto users towards your project? Is there any upcoming partnership that will brings non-crypto user and real-use case?

There are a lot of partnership and marketing activities . In addition , we plan to put out so many educational and awareness campaigns for non-crypto users

How did you get the community involved in developing the project? and how do you build a strong community to grow globally?

The NFT Mag:
Community building is a collective effort . We’ve been forging partnerships with other communities to bring people on board . In addition we have in house community activists such as referral programs , bounties to bring about awareness

Do you have any Coin Burn / BuyBack systems or any Token Burn plans to increase the value of Token & attract Investors to invest?

Yes we have buy back system in place . But that’s upon public launch

Partnership is always an important factor for every project. So who is your partner? What are the benefits you get from those relatiionships?

We are forming partnerships with marketing agencies , legal bodies , data analysis/gathering company , asset verification company , and other real estate players in this space .

Do you guys feel satisfied by seeing your progresses and achievements till now, when you look back to the day when you have started this project?

Yes we feel achieved , because it all started from an idea . Now it’s becoming a reality .
However we are not moved by the progress thus far because there’s still a lot of work to do . The reward for hard work is more work

Typically, investors buy tokens that are likely to increase in price in the future. I saw that, total supply of the token is huge.
So, do you have any plan for burning tokens in the future to reduce the supply of the token and increase its investment attractiveness?

We feel the total supply is fine currently considering what we intend to achieve with the project
