Q1) First of all, please introduce yourself with us. How and when did you start? What’s your Role in Relsify?

I am Andy Umana a front end developer, and business analyst; being in the blockchains and crypto space since 2017. And the need for Relsify was a take profit strategy that’s still liquid it was a problem making money in the crypto space and not having a variety of other investment instrument to hedge our funds against; that’s what the need for tokenizing real estate as it created more wealth and with it as a token it becomes a liquid asset.

I am co founder and also business development manager at Relsify.

Q2) Can you briefly describe what is Relsify?

Relsify is positioned to be Africa’s first real estate tokenization platform that’s leveraging blockchains to reduce the fractional ownership and barrier entry problems of real estate investment around Africa. We are building an ecosystem that would make investing in real eatate in Africa 10 times for efficient and profitable
We have a utility token that would power this whole ecosystem which is the $RELS Token that allows lower transaction fee on listed properties on the eco system
With the Relsify platform and ecosystem, everyone and anyone can experience Africa’s most profitable asset class made accessible, simplified, fractionalized and easily transferable within 1-5mins!

Relsify is also looking to create and bridge real life properties in Africa and the digital properties in the metaverse giving African properties that would be invested in on your marketplace value in both spaces.
Like I said it’s a 10 times better real estate process we are creating

Q4) What is the current development progress of Relsify?

We are currently at development stage and the beta Version of our market place web and mobile application should be ready by February 2022

Q5) Partnerships are one of the important factors for every project. Could you name some of Relsify partners/investors?

We are currently in talks with African based blockchains firm that provides services ranging from Data Analysis of the African real estate market, Land title verification on the blockchains, nft market places, prominent African real estate developers and a host of other international bodies and communities that would like to be a part of the African real estate market development

Q1) Almost every investor holds the token for the short-term without understanding the long-term value. So, how can you ensure for us that holding this token is more beneficial for long-term and what is your plan to increase the demand and scarcity of the token? (Bull)

We love believers. Strong believers of our project. As we move from tokenization and look to incorporate digital properties, our focus is to keep adding value and use cases to $RELS over time.

Would ensure that the aim of the project which is to make the real estate process and opportunities in African open to the world and more liquid and the utility token which is $RELS is going to be the power house that would allow investors to see the need for long term hold as they would receive dividends in properties they’ve invested in; in $RELS token and a host of other benefit

Currently, we have the use case as:
✅ Access cheaper fees
✅ Invest in properties
✅ Receive rewards
✅ Receive dividends
✅ stake and lending
✅ Host properties
✅ Generate security tokens.

The use case of the token would ensure that its profitable for long term hodl.

We’ll consider optimizing use cases as we build and also consider featuring burning, and other features over time, so as to reduce supply and increase value.

Q2) Can you tell us about the team!! How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?

We have a well diverse team with each team member having substantial experience in their respective fields.

Within the team we have:

  • Blockchain developers
  • Business development managers
  • Traditional real estate sales managers
  • Legal personnel
  • Product manager
  • Content manager
  • And professional marketing team

All team members have also been in the crypto space for a while and have sufficient knowledge. They all walk the talk.

Where we need to outsource expertise, we do; and are open to getting more hands just to get the job done.

Q3) As a community based project, how can I donate my quota for your success? Do you have a Global Ambassador Program or a Referral Rewards System??

Yes of course we have a referral reward system on properties listed on the platform. we have a bounty program currently on going to gives rewards for referral and we would also organize a global ambassadorial program for our community members.
Our earnest desire is to build a very strong and engaging community. Listen to feedbacks and implement viable ones.

Q4) Why you choose Binance Smart chain?

We see some chain pop up with good scalability too, then why you choose
We chose BSc network from a simple logic. It currently has the largest user base and offer cheaper and affordable fees compared to other networks.

In the nearest future we plan to ensure that the platform is cross chained to allow inclusion from other networks.

Q5) Forward through your roadmap, what are your most important next priorities? Does your team have enough fundamental (Funds, Community, ect) to achieve those milestones?

Our most important near term priorities are platform development and community building.

Q4) A lot of scam projects lately. Pulling the rug creates a loss for investors. why should we trust $RELSIFY project? Aren’t you going to do the same?

It’s a fully doxxed team we can’t tug on a project that would directly affect the lives of those around us. What we have built at Relsify would not only make real estate process better it’s going to make how we as a people live a lot better

Yes token holder have the right to participate in governance of the project, however the community would decide on how the governance of the project would be built
