It's not time for April fools' prank, it's time for April food for thought.
At least 1 month now stands between this day and our February plan to release our first tokenized property asset for fractional ownership and investing on the blockchain.
What went wrong?
Nothing.
In an update last month, we pointed out having to tick one more regulatory box to ensure we're protecting our community's interest.
We're clear about what we want and what we don't. One of the things we don't want is to release a product and run into regulatory ditches in the future.
We want to lay a solid foundation as regards this. It takes time to achieve. But we're glad to say that we're making a whole lot of progress after many months. We're expecting one last feedback.
Although we're behind our roadmap as a result of this, that hasn't deterred us.
We have been building and putting perfection to our product after scrutinizing every function internally again and again.
We have built a solid infrastructure never experienced in the history of the real estate industry in Africa and we can't wait to unveil it.
MVP Update
Q1 is gone and there are 3 more quarters left. There is a long way to go. Our product is ready. We're ready.
2 weeks after releasing our web app, the mobile app will be ready. We said in last month's release.
As of now, we are carrying out the internal testing of our mobile app even though we haven't released the web app which we have fully tested internally.
Once we get the green light from our legal and compliance team, both would surely be released.
Partner Developers
Over the past 4 weeks, we've been handpicking projects and carrying out due diligence processes on several real estate developers across Africa.
It's pertinent to state that we have received loads of applications. We can't onboard every developer even though we wish to, but we are sure to onboard the best projects that meet our robust criteria.
Some of which are architectural design, location, experience, track record, property projection, title documents, among others.
With these vetted, we have closed agreements with over 7 partner developers. 10 products poised to be released in batches for fractional investing via our already built blockchain-based platform.
In future, we will decentralize the onboarding process and allow our community to solely determine which and which projects to list on the marketplace.

What Next?
REGULATION: Top of our list is to get regulatory measures finalized as soon as possible. We are working round the clock to achieve this. We are desperate about protecting our product and community.
PARTNERS: We will continue our due diligence process on all partner developers. Handpicking the best projects is our priority.
Partnership with relevant companies that offer value to our infrastructure is also being worked on. We'll mention names once finalized.
Also, we have opened the door to venture capital partners for investment in the Relsify Project. We will make announcements when finalized.
$RELS: In the coming weeks, expect our token offer and public listing. We are intensifying our plans.
MVP: In an updated roadmap, we will give a highlight of our governance model, web 3.0 approach, staking, lending & NFT plans. Our target is not to do what we feel like, it's to give the community what the community desires.
PROPERTY TOKEN SALE: Upon fulfillment of compliance requirements, we would release the first tokenized property. More would follow immediately. We are utilizing diverse chains for this. Currently the Binance Smart Chain & Ethereum.
